We offer a variety of DEI workshops and projects, available both in-person or virtually. Each session is led by a trained DEI expert and aims to help your organization embrace and deepen a diverse, equal, and inclusive culture.

  • DEI 101
    With so much emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion in today’s workforce, all the different terms and definitions can be somewhat confusing. Understanding their importance starts with understanding the terminology and their principles. DEI principles apply to every organization and geographic area regardless of demographic make-up. This workshop is available as a 1-, 2- or 4-hour session.   • Unconscious or Implicit Bias Training
    Everyone has unconscious biases. They are a natural part of who we are. The challenge is in identifying those biases to elevate our cultural intelligence. This helps us in making fair decisions. This workshop available as a 1-, 2- or 4-hour session.   • Use Cultural intelligence to Succeed in a Globalized, Multi-Cultural World
    You are probably aware of IQ and EQ but have you heard of CQ® or cultural intelligence? Cultural intelligence is the ability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. Research shows that diverse teams outperform homogeneous teams when cultural intelligence is high. But when cultural intelligence is low, diverse teams experience lower levels of productivity and effectiveness. This 1- to 2-day workshop focuses on how to assess and improve your effectiveness in working with and in diverse teams or situations.
