The information helps participants understand their motivations, strengths, weaknesses and potential areas for growth. The MBTI is especially useful in helping individuals understand and appreciate those who differ from themselves.

Omni Tech's associates are fully qualified to offer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® to both individuals and organizations. Omni Tech uses the MBTI to enhance programs in Team-building, leadership, personal growth, and conflict management. Other applications are also available.

Introduction to Type:	4 hour facilitated session providing an introduction to Type. Participants respond to the indicator and receive and interpret information on their own type.
MBTI and Teams	4 - 8 hour session on enhancing teamwork. Provides An introduction to type with specific applications for teams.
